Tecum Capital (“Tecum”) is excited to announce its investment in Five Point Dental Specialists (“FPDS”).

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, FPDS is a multi-specialty Dental Support Organization (“DSO”) with practice specialties in orthodontics, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and endodontics. The Company supports partner specialists with corporate activities (HR, compliance, IT, finance, legal, training/development, marketing, etc.), ultimately reducing administrative burden and allowing doctors to focus on providing the highest quality patient care.

Tecum, alongside Hilltop Opportunity Partners (“Hilltop”), provided capital to support the growth of the Company led by Casla Partners, the founders, and the management team.
