Ironwood Capital has announced the exit on its investment in Newbury Franklin Industrials as a result of a refinancing of Ironwood’s senior subordinated debt investment. NFI is a value-added manufacturer and distributor of consumable industrial components for the North American maintenance, repair, and operations and general industrial markets. NFI is headquartered in Buffalo, NY, with additional locations across New Jersey, North Carolina, Indiana, Alabama, and Texas.
