Caltius Equity Partners, a leading lower middle-market investment firm, has completed the Sale of Aphix, LLC to a private equity firm.

Founded in 2004, Aphix is a leading provider of commercial landscape services throughout the southeastern United States. Caltius Equity Partners partnered with Aphix and its founder, Allen Sweeney, in 2022, seeing an opportunity to invest in a regional leader with significant recurring revenues and multiple avenues of growth.
