Brookside Capital Partners announces its investment in Agam Group, Ltd. Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Elkridge, MD, Agam is a turnkey manufacturing partner and solutions provider of adaptable physical structures for trade shows, events, retail and other commercial interiors. Brookside Capital Partners provided senior debt and an equity co-investment to support the acquisition of Agam by Champlain Capital Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm.
