Brookside Capital Partners has announced its investment in Vytex, LLC. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Laurel, MD, Vytex is a manufacturer and installer of vinyl windows and patio and storm doors for the residential renovation and remodel market.

Brookside Capital Partners provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment to support the investment in Vytex by Graycliff Partners, a New York City-based manager of private equity and credit investments in U.S. lower middle-market companies.
