A Blank Rome team represented Nth Degree, Inc., a global leader in trade show exhibit installation and dismantle, in its recent acquisition of all of the equity of Lancaster Management Services, Inc. (“Lancaster”), and Nth Degree, Inc.’s affiliate Fern Exposition Services LLC, a leading event and expo provider, in its related acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Quantum Events, Inc. (“Quantum”), an affiliate of Lancaster. The acquisitions closed effective July 31, 2025.

Headquartered in Tipton, Indiana, Lancaster and Quantum provide first-class quality labor services for installation and dismantle of trade show exhibits and flooring, along with permanent installations at events, stores, and museums.
