Seneca Partners and 8 Aces, LLC (the investment vehicle of industry expert Scott Dols) have announced the recent majority recapitalization of two affiliated entities, Busmax Leasing, LLC and Automax Rent a Car Inc. Headquarted in Rome, GA, Busmax owns a fleet of over 500 passenger buses, vans, and cars while providing short-term and long-term rentals (primarily in the Southeast region of the United States) to a variety of end users, including K-12 schools, universities, corporations, camps and religious organizations.
