Madison Lake Capital, a Madison (Wisconsin)- based private equity firm, has acquired Perfection Industrial Finishing, an Arizona-based industrial surface finishing company with facilities in Phoenix (AZ) and Tucson (AZ). The transaction further strengthens MLC's existing Industrial Coatings Platform. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2009, PIF is one of Arizona's leading metal-finishing companies. Operating from two locations, the Company serves a diverse range of industries, providing high-quality metal-finishing services to local and national manufacturers in the defense, aerospace, industrial, and commercial sectors for more than 16 years.
