A Blank Rome team announced that they represented Trecora, LLC, an affiliate of Balmoral Funds LLC, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm founded in 2005, in its acquisition of certain assets of Deltech Monomers OpCo LLC. Trecora is North America’s leading producer of high-purity hydrocarbons, specialty waxes, and additives. The facility Trecora acquired in this transaction is North America’s leading producer of divinyl benzene, vinyl toluene, and various other specialty monomers. Blank Rome also represented Balmoral in connection with the financing for the transaction. The transaction closed on December 9, 2025.
