Lippes Mathias LLP has announced its role as buy-side legal counsel to one of its independent sponsor clients in the acquisition of a multi-state, multi-unit quick-service restaurant (QSR) portfolio. Aviara Partners acted as the financial advisor on the equity and debt capital raise.
