Lippes Mathias LLP announced it has served as legal counsel to Astria Elevate LP in its acquisition of Entro Communications, an experiential design and architecture firm headquartered in Toronto and New York. The transaction, announced July 7, is Astria Elevate’s first platform investment since the Dallas-based firm’s launch on June 17.
