The Small Business Investor Alliance's Western Capital Summit will take place from Wednesday, April 15 through Friday, April 17, 2026, at Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica, California. This 2-day event merges a variety of networking opportunities and shorter sessions with an informal, relaxed SoCal vibe. The conference also serves as a host for CapitaLinx*, SBIA’s exclusive matchmaking opportunity for institutional investors and lower middle market funds.

The Western Capital Summit:

• attracts more than 200 lower middle market fund managers, limited partners, investment bankers, and industry professionals;
• offers a collegial networking environment with senior-level decision makers;
• includes substantive content sessions, as well as timely updates on the legislative and regulatory agendas in Washington;
• features the Dealmaker's Wine Tasting reception, a unique opportunity to connect with select limited partners; and
• serves as a host for CapitaLinx*, SBIA’s exclusive matchmaking opportunity for institutional investors and lower middle market funds.

*Funds in formation must be SBIA members to participate in CapitaLinx.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All Western Capital Summit registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to SBIA via email. Please see the table below for more information regarding our cancellation deadlines.

Please note: You may transfer your registration to another member of your firm by sending an email to events@sbia.org. Western Capital Summit registration is non-transferable to registrants outside of your firm. SBIA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
