The Riverside Company, a global investment firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, has announced that its affiliated European fund has signed a definitive agreement to sell its investment in Netwatch, an international provider of remote security monitoring and intervention services. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals.
