LongWater Opportunities announced the launch of LongWater Private Credit and Capital Solutions, a multi-faceted, complementary strategy focused on direct credit, equity co-investment and primary LP capital commitments to lower-middle market buyout firms. 

This strategy significantly scales LongWater’s alternative asset management platform by delivering flexible private financing solutions to the lower middle market and materially expands the breadth of investment products offered.

To drive this strategy, LongWater brought on a team of seasoned and highly successful private investment professionals who previously led and managed the Private Debt and Equity Group of Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), a global reinsurance company. 

The team is led by long-time industry veteran Kevin Prunty, who is joined by Trevor Gibson, Nick Careklas, Sam Panke, Ben Dinehart, Kyle Quatrochi, Bhabya Tewari and Michael McNulty, CPA. The team’s deep expertise, strong industry relationships across the lower middle market, and proven track record of success provide an important foundation for our new platform.
