A Blank Rome team has represented DRA Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor specializing in real estate investment and management services for institutional and private investors, in its partnership with Redfearn Capital, a private equity real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of industrial properties across the Southeastern United States, to recapitalize an industrial portfolio in Florida. This investment will encompass 10 logistics assets, spanning over 900,000 square feet from South Florida to Jacksonville.
