Register Now for SBIA's 2024 West Coast Capital Summit!

The Small Business Investor Alliance's West Coast Capital Summit will take place from Tuesday, April 9 through Thursday, April 11, 2024, at The Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach, California.Continuing in the expanded format introduced last year, the 3-day event merges a variety of networking opportunities and shorter sessions with an informal, relaxed SoCal vibe. The conference also serves as a host for CapitaLinx*, SBIA’s exclusive matchmaking opportunity for institutional investors and lower middle market funds.

The West Coast Capital Summit:

  • attracts more than 200 lower middle market fund managers, limited partners, investment bankers, and industry professionals;
  • offers a collegial networking environment with senior-level decision makers;
  • includes substantive content sessions, as well as timely updates on the legislative and regulatory agendas in Washington;
  • features the Dealmaker's Wine Tasting reception, a unique opportunity to connect with select limited partners; and
  • serves as a host for CapitaLinx*, SBIA’s exclusive matchmaking opportunity for institutional investors and lower middle market funds.

*Funds in formation must by SBIA members to participate in CapitaLinx. The deadline for GP participation for CapitaLinx concluded on March 15th.

Please note: Your conference name badge is required to participate in all conference-related sessions and receptions, as well as to access all conference spaces, including the Networking Lounge.


PLEASE NOTE: Professional Service Provider participation (i.e. accounting, consulting, due diligence, fund administration, industry data research, law, and software firms) is limited to the firms sponsoring the event. For information on sponsorship please contact us via email at events@sbia.org.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All West Coast Capital Summit registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to SBIA via email. Please see the table below for more information regarding our cancellation deadlines.
